We are fully bonded, insured and properly registered to do businesses within the State of Florida. Our Home Watch Service Package for the Placida communities provides randomly scheduled exterior and interior property checks helping to deter theft, vandalism, attempted break-ins and trespassing. Giving our clients peace of mind that our team is working hard to ensure that one of their most valuable assets is of the utmost importance to us. An unoccupied home is a vulnerable home. Our Home Watch Service Package includes a thorough inspection of the property, including checking the doors and windows for security, looking for signs of water leaks or damage, inspecting for insects and rodents, ensuring proper A/C cooling, running faucets and toilets, and inspecting the electric panel. We also provide a Home Watch Inspection Checklist Report and email it to the owner after completion.
